Dr Digi's image for February 2001 (caption at bottom)

St Martin, Witcham, Isle of Ely
A very rare case of a mediaeval stone pulpit with its original steps. In all,
around 60 pre-Reformation stone and 100 wooden pulpits survive in English
churches. The earliest date from the beginning of the fourteenth century although
most are from the fifteenth and sixteenth centuries.
